Dependable hospitality staff, without the hiring

Hospitality demand is spiky. CETA verifies every worker, builds the roster, and stands behind the placement, so you cover the shift without screening strangers.

The process

From request to approved hours

You submit the need. CETA owns everything in between, and you approve the work at the end.

  1. 1

    Submit a staffing order

Set the venue, dates, times, headcount, job category, and hourly rate. A one-time order or a recurring weekly pattern.

  2. 2

    CETA builds the roster

An admin reviews the order and offers the shift to verified workers from the talent database. You can propose preferred workers.

  3. 3

    Workers confirm

You see who is confirmed and their contact details, then coordinate the day off-platform.

  4. 4

    Run the shift

Check each worker in and out on the run sheet, record a no-show, and approve the hours when the shift is done.

  5. 5

    Get invoiced

Each order produces an invoice from approved hours, with the platform fee shown as a line item.

What you get

An agency, not a list of names

CETA takes responsibility for who shows up and for the record of what they did.

Talent database

Browse verified workers by category, location, and availability, and propose the team you want.

Vetted workers

Every worker is verified by CETA before they can be offered a shift. Unverified workers are not in the pool.

One invoice per order

Approved hours drive the invoice, with the platform fee shown explicitly and a status from issued to paid.

Recurring orders

Cover a regular weekly need with one order. CETA generates a shift for every matching day.

Three people in discussion during a meeting

The shift runs on one screen

Check workers in and out, see who has not arrived, and approve the hours in one place. If the hours are disputed, CETA reviews the record and settles it, so the decision never sits unresolved between you and the worker.

Billing

One rate, one invoice

The price is the order's hourly rate applied to approved hours, plus a 10 percent platform fee.

Approved hours

Sum per shift

Hours you approve after the shift, never an estimate.

Platform fee

10 percent

Shown as a line item on the invoice, not hidden in the rate.

Collection

Off-platform

You settle with CETA by bank transfer or mobile money, and the invoice is marked paid.

The order form shows a live estimate as you set the headcount and rate, so there is no surprise when the invoice arrives.
