From profile to paid shift
CETA does the chasing. You keep your profile current and respond to the offers that suit you.

Create your profile
Add your details, National ID, work experience, skills, weekly availability, and the rate you expect.

Get verified by CETA
CETA reviews your whole profile. Verification unlocks the talent database and makes you eligible for offers.

Receive offers
An offer arrives with the venue, date, times, and hourly rate. You confirm or decline, with no bidding or applications.

Work the shift
The employer checks you in and out and approves your hours. Both sides can rate the shift afterwards.

See your earnings
Approved hours accrue to your earnings ledger, so you always know what you earned and for which shift.
